The below hotels provide special rates for SAF 2018 participants who make reservations until the deadlines listed on each hotel’s reservation form. To make a reservation, please download the reservation form of the hotel that you would like to stay at via our website and directly e-mail it to the hotel after completing it.

Please refer to each hotel’s reservations forms for information regarding special rates and their reservation deadlines, and note that participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
