The 7th Asia Pacific ADR Conference

The 7th Asia-Pacific ADR Conference will be held on 5-6 November 2018 in Seoul, Korea.

Jointly hosted by the UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea, the KCAB INTERNATIONAL and the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC), this year¡¯s conference will highlight various important aspects of international arbitration.

Starting out by examining the challenges faced by arbitral institutions and its users, the conference will then review the expedited procedures in arbitration while also delving into the Seoul Protocol on Video Conferencing and potential reforms in ISDS, concluding with an in-depth discussion of mediation frameworks.

By inspecting the critical topics within the field of dispute resolution while also addressing the potential hardships of arbitral institutions and its users that are affected by these issues, the 7th ADR conference strives to provide a holistic outlook on the most up-to-date ADR matters.
