LCIA Seoul Seminar
The joint LCIA and Kim & Chang seminar features two sessions focusing on "Hot Topics" and changes to the LCIA Tribunal Secretaries procedures.
The first session will be an interactive panelist discussion on key issues of interest to the International Arbitration and business communities.
The second session will be a Tribunal Secretaries Role Play, run in co-operation with Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), designed to help communicate the changes to the tribunal secretaries section of LCIA¡¯s Notes for Arbitrators.
The seminar will be followed by networking and drink reception for the attendees.
