The Young ICCA Skills Training Workshop in Seoul will take place during the Seoul ADR Festival 2018.

Through an interactive panel discussion led by up-and-coming arbitration practitioners, the Workshop will allow young arbitration lawyers and anyone interested in international arbitration to come together and share practical tips and ideas about how to conduct cross-examination at an evidentiary hearing.

Drawing from their experience, each panelist will have approximately 20 minutes to discuss a particular aspect of witness testimony such as preparing witnesses and conducting direct/cross/re-direct examination. There will also be a Q&A session plus a networking opportunity following the panel discussion.
